Your thoughts shape your reality, and having a clear vision of where you’re going gives you a 95% chance of getting there. Let’s take the next few minutes to visualize your prosperity with a beautiful slideshow of images and music designed to inspire you.
At the end of this session, I want you to create a list of the top 10 things you want to achieve in your life. Everyone dreams differently—some people write or journal, others visualize, and some feel it deeply in their core and then try to put it into words. What’s your style?
Take some time to think about what you truly want. Your top 10 might include things like love and relationships, your dream home, financial success, creative projects, health, or joy. Cover all areas of your life and write your list in the present tense, as if you’ve already achieved it.
For example:
- My book is published, and I’m being asked to write another.
- I have investments and savings that are growing steadily.
- I contribute to my community and feel fulfilled.
To help you brainstorm, we’ll provide prompts below to get your creativity flowing. Let yourself imagine a life where you have everything you desire.
Getting Clear on Your Top 10
Here are some tips to refine your vision:
- Think about where you want to be in five years.
- Reflect on your relationship with money, your limiting beliefs, and how far you’ve come since starting this journey.
- Stretch your imagination into the realm of infinite possibilities.
Ask yourself:
- Where do I live? What part of the world?
- What does my ideal week look like?
- How are my relationships—family, friends, and my partner?
- What’s my health like? Am I taking on fitness challenges?
- What big things do I spend money on each year? (Vacations? Real estate? Experiences?)
- Why do I work? What fulfills me?
Answer these questions, then refine your top 10 list until it feels right.
Daily Practice to Manifest Your Goals
Once you have your top 10 list:
- Print it out and put it somewhere you’ll see daily.
- Get a small notebook dedicated to this exercise. Each day, write down one thing that moves you closer to your goals.
For example:
- If your goal is to own a house on the water, write about driving by a waterfront home you admired, or imagine what it feels like to live there. Surround yourself with people and experiences that align with your dreams.
Feel the emotions of already having what you desire. Visualize your top 10 daily and notice how it shapes your decisions and mindset.
